I recently met a young Advisor who is quickly figuring things out. He is determined to get to the next level and he is aware that he won’t get there by doing the same things over and over again. He knows he has to do things differently. Where, he asked, do I feel he should look to improve? That conversation reminded me exactly why I love mentoring. Questions like that make me go right back to the basics.
