It’s an easy five-step process.
Step 1: Fill in the form provided in the end of this page.
It will allow us to gather some initial information about your firm and needs, and it will allow you to share any questions, special requests or ask for additional information.
Step 2: Get a follow up call from us.
Once you fill in the form in step 1, we’ll get in touch as soon as we can (usually within one or two business days). We’ll give you a price quote based on the chosen membership level and number of reps you’re looking to enroll. If you have shared any questions, special requests or need additional information, we will further discuss during this follow up call.
Step 3: Registration
Assuming we’ve discussed all details and reached an agreement during our call, it’s time for the registration of your team. It can happen in one of two ways, based on your preference.
Alternative 1: You send us a list of people to enroll
This alternative is available only to firms who are paying in full for their Advisors’ memberships.
In order to register your team, we will need the names and email addresses of everyone you want to enroll in the Corporate Membership Program. Once they are all signed-up, we’ll let you know so you can send them an email with instructions how to access their accounts and what to anticipate as the next step (e.g. introductory information about the learning center, what email communication they will get from us, etc.)
Alternative 2: Advisors sign themselves up with a promo code
This alternative is recommended if the advisor pays for all or a portion of their membership so they can enter their billing information during the registration process.
We will need your help promoting the Corporate Membership Program to your team. You can send them an email or a series of emails (which we can help you develop!) to let them know about the program and what is required of them to enroll.
Step 4: Payment
Payment can be done monthly, quarterly or annually, in advance or after the Advisors have been registered – it all depends on the type of membership, number of reps enrolled and who is paying for the memberships (your firm, a sponsor, the advisors, or a combination of those). We’ll discuss this step during our follow up call.
Step 5: Start using the learning center
As soon as your team is enrolled, no matter the type of registration or membership level, they will have instant access to all materials, according to their membership level. They will also start getting introductory emails to help them make the most of the learning center.
Prices for the Corporate Membership Program vary based on the chosen level (PLATINUM, Professional or Weekly Focus) and the number of representatives enrolled.
